At Victory Family Counseling, we are currently seeking Spanish-speaking interns to join our team. Due to a significant increase in the number of Spanish-speaking clients seeking mental health support, bilingual interns are urgently needed to help us meet this growing need and ensure that all members of our community receive compassionate, culturally responsive care.
Our commitment to providing high-quality mental health services starts with building a team that reflects the diversity of the people we serve. Spanish-speaking interns play a vital role in bridging language and cultural gaps and making therapy more accessible and effective for our Latine community.
As an intern at Victory Family Counseling, you’ll work alongside experienced therapists and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and empowering environment. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Our internship program provides exposure to a wide range of clients—including individuals, couples, and families—facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and practice a variety of therapeutic modalities in a team that values collaboration, inclusion, and social justice.
If you are passionate about mental health and fluent in Spanish, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a difference where it’s needed most.
